I bring gentle, unhurried bedside notarization for patients and residents throughout Sarasota County, coordinating with staff and family so the visit goes smoothly. These visits often involve powers of attorney, healthcare directives, or other time-sensitive documents, and I understand the added weight that comes with signing them in a hospital room or care community.
What to expect
The signer just needs to be alert, aware, and able to communicate their wishes; beyond that, I handle the rest, from ID verification to the certificate itself. If ID isn't readily available, I can also work with facility staff or family members to confirm identity through alternative, legally accepted methods when needed.
