Estate planning documents deserve a notary who moves at your pace, not a rushed signature at a bank counter. I notarize wills, living wills, durable and medical powers of attorney, and other estate documents with the discretion and patience these signings deserve. These are often the most personal documents someone will ever sign, and family members are frequently present, so I leave room for questions rather than rushing straight to the signature line.
What to expect
Many estate documents call for a witness in addition to a notary, and in certain situations I can't act as both; if you need one or two witnesses provided, just let me know at least a day ahead when you can, though same-day requests are sometimes possible depending on availability.

Need a witness or two on-site? I can arrange it with a bit of advance notice for scheduling.
